Here’s a sample of what your funds can do:

Mosquito Nets

$10 fully funds an insecticide treated mosquito net and the public health initiative to instruct the recipient on its proper use.

Blankets

$10 funds a blanket to keep a child warm at night during the winter months in Malawi, as well as a towel to be used for their personal hygiene.

AIDS Drug Treatment

$20 per month sent to St. Gabriel’s Hospital funds drugs (not covered by the government) for treatment of opportunistic infections common in AIDS patients:

Village Feeding Center

$50 funds 150 children at a village feeding center for one meal per day per month:

Rolling Water Tank

$100 funds a rolling water tank. The drums hold 35 liters and children pull the drum with ease without strain on their bodies. Maureen Namisoni, age 13 and taking care of her 80-year-old grandmother said, “Before I used to draw water after school and it took so much time and I was always tired. Now it is easier. I am able to do my school work and I wish this could be distributed to others.”:

$120 finances a bicycle for an Mvunguti Village leader:
